  • Equipped only with minimal resources, I created product features, domain objects, and models for Commercial Real Estate Loan Origination System (CREOS) application. The product features that I developed for this multi-million-dollar product was adopted by the vendor of the CREOS into their core product design as a feature for across their customer base.
  • Single handedly led a regulatory project to implement the NFIP to phenomenal success in a matter of 6 weeks that prevented penalties and regulatory action against Confidential . This was a high profile regulatory project with a hard deadline and was monitored closely by senior executives. My data design was used as the foundation for future enhancements because of its scalability. Despite the extreme pressure and tight timeline the pilot product was rolled out with zero defects. As a result, I received a sizable bonus.
  • Quickly adapted to agile/scrum project methodology for a project and designed artifacts such as user stories, and an interactive prototype of the solution. My artifacts resulted in getting business approvals on business requirements in a matter of one hour in contrast to usual 2 weeks.   • Single handedly planned and redesigned reporting tool called Investor and Advisor trax into a highly successful interactive business intelligence tool. The new product features was piloted for successfully for CIBC and eventually to other new & existing customers. They clients used this application to present reports to their mutual fund investors and dealers.
  • Turned around a multi-million-dollar program from the brink of failure. One of the projects for Canadian Imperial Bank of Commerce (CIBC) was to convert the data from CIBC’s mutual fund origination system to Unitrax. The test runs of data conversion were failing forcing a “Red” project status. I took over the project, a day before the final test run was scheduled and fixed all the issues causing the failures resulting in a successful test run. Based on the successful test run the client decided to go forward with the program.
  • While a compliance officer, I defined an export licensing compliance process for CFSC organization. During the audit reviews, the organization was marked as 100% export license compliant due to the process I put in place. The global team appreciated the compliance process I defined as best practice and adopted it for other organizations.

  • My analytical and customer engagement skills during the CitiCommerce application helped clients understand the application resulting in increased usage of the application. This helped the bank retain clients, resulting in increased revenue.
