  • Managed project to improve Company's processes, technology, and procedures to prioritize, track, and remediate cyber vulnerabilities, to improve existing governance structure, and to provide more effective reporting and metrics.
  • Managed project to re-architect the existing SCCM system to maximize the value of tool by establishing a SCCM governance model, by expanding capabilities and leveraging existing feature sets, by creating and implementing a coordinated and consistent vulnerability patching process, and by establishing a scalable SCCM environment to support future company growth.
  • Re-architecture included steps to install a new SCCM version, modification to the SCCM database design, build of Dev and QA environments and upgrade of the existing Prod environment, and enhancements to interfaces to support Configuration Management Database (CMDB) and Cyber remediation reporting.
