Then worked to develop a MQ channels to move the SmartyPig transactions from a the banks Sterling system to the mainframe using Websphere MQ and Java app to read the flat file using JMS binding and put the transaction on a MQ remote queue and then the mainframe Cobol app wrote the transactions to another remote queue and a listener picked them up from there and wrote them to the banks EPE DB. During phase 2 of the project, I worked on developing a transactional file to go into the banks 2 main fraud detection systems MANTAS and Actimize to detect electronic check fraud and wire fraud.
  • Did several projects working with Salesforce, one was integrating Salesforce with the banks BI system to give Financial Advisors (FA) real-time customer information and to let managers get information on how well FA’s are performing. Another project we added the banks customer VIP indicators into Salesforce to allow FA’s to know if a customer is a commercial, Wealth Management or retail VIP customer. At the same time worked on adding new fields and new extract files from the banks data repository databases, including standing up new silo’s and upgrading databases to add more keys.
