Enterprise Salesforce CRM - Joined the Salesforce CRM team in mid-2018. First, working to deploy the product to the first pilot stores. Managed a team consisting of Confidential IT employees as well as vendor management of Huron Consulting Group personnel. When the project was reorganized in early 2019, managed two teams of Heron and Confidential resources to frame out the Enterprise CRM (eCRM) project that covers Sales Management and Warranty Management for all of Confidential BU’s, as well as continuing with the continuation of the MyTrailerForce development and deployment activities. The MyTrailerForce segment of the project went live in June of 2019, with over 70 stores deployed. The eCRM project went live with Sales Management for the ProGrade team in August. The Warranty Management portion of eCRM will go live in Mid-August. Master Data Management - To support the establishment of a future ERP system, it was recognized that a Master Data Management system would need to be implemented to help integrate and cleanse data for all business units at Confidential prior to ERP development. Wrote the MDM project proposal and was appointed the project lead upon its approval. Functioned as a business Confidential for the project along with a team of two consultants from Huron Consulting Group. This project attacked the problem of classifying, categorizing and integrating this classification of all raw materials at Big Tex, Tex Trail, Trailer World, CM Truck Beds, PJ Trailers, Carry-On Trailers and RC Trailers. Brought together a diverse team of participants from all these BU’s that formed common groups, families and types of these many thousands of parts. Oversaw the design and development of a web-based MDM tool to assist in the searching of the resulting database of integrated parts and part suppliers. The project also produced a detailed set of processes and procedures for MDM management and new part creation protocols.
