- Served as a Network Design Engineer for the IRS’ call center modernization project. Responsible for designing and implementing network infrastructures for over 30 call centers nationwide. Participated in the implementation of the proposed design by configuring and installing network equipment and troubleshooting network issues during deployments including ATM, Frame Relay, and T1/T3 circuit connectivity issues, and EIGRP and BGP configuration issues.
