  • Project managed training for ERP and other systems including first-time adoption of PeopleSoft and Oracle modules. These systems impact functional groups across the organization (10,000 +) and require collaboration and understanding of business drivers and processes.
  • Designed, developed and reviewed training materials. Used industry practices and techniques, such as rapid design prototyping, storyboarding, to develop materials to support hardware, software and applications training. Projects included order entry system, Oracle Discoverer (reporting and data mining tool), training database management. Two LMS implementations.
  • Project managed training for OSS system (Amdocs). OSS modules handle the core business functions of a telecommunications company (sales, billing, fulfillment, provisioning, care).
