Project Manager and Liaison for IS side for Data Center Relocation - The HealthPartners Data Center was relocated from Bloomington to Mendota Heights in May 2004. I was the PM for the whole IS Department and liaison to the Program Manager. Hundreds of servers were physically moved and each application had to be accounted for - from inventory of applications, to removal of obsolete ones, to conversions to new servers; I formed teams of 2-3 representatives from each area, coordinated information gathering, testing, and implementation - Vendor Contact Info, Trading Partners, Communication Plans, Staffing Plans, IS Testing Plans and Business Testing Plans for 62 teams under Admin, Health and Finance Systems. Attended Senior Steering Committee meetings to present Change Management Report and Admin Systems Application Update. The implementation was scheduled over two long weekends which I coordinated and went by with minimally invasive issues, which were promptly resolved. The project was a complete success which attracted the attention of the company\'s President and CEO, Mary Brainerd who congratulated the team effort.
