Led a 7-member scrum team for the transformation of desktop apps to a combination of middleware applications (SaaS) and HTML5 web interfaces. Used 2 week sprints producing full product releases every 4 months.
Led an 8-member lower level C++ software team using a Scrumban framework due to the technical specialists involved on the team. Used 2 week sprints to manage the development goals and focus on continuous improvement.
