  • Played a Technical Lead role in the last nineteen years in PAHO, during the business Analysis, system design, development, deployment and maintenance of the PAHO Field Management Information System ( AMPES-OMIS ) in PAHO Headquarter, country offices and centers;
  • Worked with Business and IT teams of the PAHO Representation in Brazil in streamlining the business process for the More Doctors Program, developing and implementing the Invoice Verification system ( IVS ) for financial control, auditing and reporting for the Program;
  • Played key roles as a Project Leader and a Technical Lead in the successful implementation of several IT projects in PAHO. The List of projects follows:
  • The AMPES-OMIS maintenance and support project
