Responsibilities:
- collaborated MES proposal development and CSC was awarded in 2011. Confidential supported blueprint workshops for the MES integration implementation task order.
- The follow - on Expanded Industrial Base (EIB) Limited Fielding sites successfully went live in 2015 and Full Fielding, 14 remaining sites, went live in May 2016. Presently, post Go-Live support is in progress.
- The success key to EIB was the methodology processes which insured the customer requirements (business processes and the supporting data) were met through Rapid Design Workshops (RDW’s) with gap analysis and resolution which culminated with customer acceptance using Preliminary Design Reviews (PDR) and Critical Design Reviews (CDR).
- The processes followed with the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) development phase Change Requirements Documents, Change Design Documents (including technical objects such as configuration, tests scripts and the Architectural Review Board approval). Earned Value Management techniques were used to streamline and synchronize the project schedule.
- This EIB project solution included; Master Data Integration (material master, eBOM, BOM, routes, stock transfers, production orders, HR, work centers, etc.), Materials Management, Production Planning, HR with Labor Reporting, Plant Maintenance Integration, Shop Floor Execution, Tooling, Equipment Master Creation and Integration with GCSS-Army Master Data, BW Reporting; End Item Data Package and Out of Synchronization Master Data Reports.
- In parallel, Mr. Confidential participated in the implementation of Extended Warehouse Management business processes. Confidential supported the physical inventory reconciliation technical inadequacies and deficiencies that affected the ability to meet the business objectives. Also, Confidential developed training materials, delivered to senior leadership and instructed end users (70-90 users).
- Additionally, Confidential supported the Automated Identification Technology (AIT) deployment task order. Confidential has built strong client leadership relationships within the Army Materiel Command organization in supporting these efforts.
- Confidential closely collaborated with the prime contractor to implement an AIT solution providing improved processes: Goods Receipt, Stock Transfers, Operation Confirmation, Valuation, Labor Reporting, Warehouse Management, Distribution (PGI), Material Distribution and WIP tracking.

Responsibilities:
- This included leading project and client teams of over 60 resources. Mr. Confidential demonstrated expertise in ERP and SAP Inventory, warehousing, material management including purchasing processes.
- As project manager, Confidential developed the implementation project plan, tracked progress against plan, provided expert functional and SAP recommendations to the team and the client. A large part of the deliverables was to keep the client educated and informed of the implementation process as it proceeded.

- This Standardized State and Local Template was used for the Birmingham County implementation summarized above.
- Confidential demonstrated his leadership and innovation developing and integrating materials management, finance and project systems for the state and local standardized solution.
- The template included standardized configuration guides for each SAP process component, data maps, interface integration tools, standardized testing and a 12 month project plan. This was a type of lean approach/methodology so that one or two senior level consultants together with a team of junior consultants could rapidly, efficiently and accurately implement a state or local government facility competitively.
