Have completed the first version of the SustainaBase web application, a project I developed from scratch as a side project since only March 2016. This involved designing a MySQL database capable of storing a variety of utility data (electricity, natural gas, fuel, etc.) from a variety of countries. The PHP application incorporates conversions to CO2e, displays information with animated javascript-based graphs, and allows for many user-controlled interactions, such as setting their own reduction goals and assigning tasks.
The above-mentioned product has already received two committed buyers for multi-thousand dollar contracts without any active selling; one city in Florida has expressed interest in contracting me to develop additional web-based tools for their residents.
Utilized Excel VBA to develop web scraping techniques to automatically collect data from utilities, as well as to crawl public websites for new prospective clients
Managed to completion, on budget and with high customer satisfaction, several large sustainability projects, including CDP responses, greenhouse gas inventories, energy models, green building certifications, and a carbon offset project feasibility study.

Responsibilities:

On the job, became very proficient in T-SQL queries in SSMS, querying the ERP's database on- the-fly to correct user mistakes and answer complex BI questions for upper management and project managers.
Directly responsible for gathering user requirements and ensuring design intent and bug-free nature of over 10 major new modules for the system, and several dozen smaller releases.
Utilized Excel VBA to connect to the internal ERP database for customized dashboard applications for upper management based on their specifications. Applications were interactive, so that managers could specify what they were looking for (e.g. through radio buttons and drop-down menus). The VBA code would modify the SQL text strings directly, send them to the server, process the results, and update the screen with live data from the database - all at the click of a button on the Excel worksheet. Applications included accounts receivable, utilization, overtime, project and overall company budget performance, inventory tracking, and some customer-facing solutions.
For the above, was awarded the company award for Sustained and Profitable Growth in 2014, one of the few "admin" employees to have ever won that award.
Served as an EVMS and reporting advisor to project managers, and was involved in a special committee with other present and former PMs analyzing trends and lessons learned from past projects, reporting directly to the CEO
