The Confidential was the largest capital project undertaken by the State of Vermont at $125 million and affecting over 900 employees. In Confidential ’s roles as the project manager, he developed and managed the stakeholder analysis, communications strategy and plan, risk plan, project plan, all transition management content and training materials, conducted change management workshops, created and managed multiple communications programs (websites, newsletters, emails, etc.). As Senior manager, Confidential role at Confidential was to create the tools, processes and procedures needed to enable Colorado businesses and residents to smoothly transition to renewable energy sources. He was the lead facilitator for workshops targeted to high energy usage Colorado businesses. Confidential renewable energy program included geothermal, solar, wind and integration systems. Confidential also provided customers with state and federal energy rebate programs.
