Responsible for researching vendor site survey data used to create current state maps to determine future state recommendation for each facility. Acted as a liaison with the Location Coordinators that are assigned by the Sr. Managers, to work in a collaborative to provide the best cost savings solution while not imparting the work performance of the location. The primary and secondary phases of SMARTprint refreshed approximately 1,200 devices throughout the U.S. to provide uniformity in technology platforms to allow Confidential users to utilize their Ricoh multifunction devices as high-speed laser printers. The total effort provided Confidential with a $10M savings by significantly reducing consumables (toner and ink cartridges) costs and a lower cost per page charges. Also during this same time, maintained first level responsibility for the approval of all Infrastructure Network Ariba orders for Confidential Domestic and International purchases.

Managed the creation of the Board of Directors funded $80M Field Network Infrastructure Upgrade Project which included the writing of the business justification, initial start-up of the project, and the first level approval of all Infrastructure Network Ariba orders for domestic Confidential . As the Project Manager, I coordinated the services of Properties representatives, Services Network Engineers, Analyst and other support staff in the assignment and prioritization of locations and timeframes. Authored the Business Justification Document to get OAK Hub funding to IP enable the Freight & Dangerous Goods areas of the OAK Hub by installing fiber optic cabling and ethernet switches to the necessary Intermediate Distribution Frames (IDF’s) such that any employee in those areas in this hub needing a network connection will be within 100 meters of a network switch.
