Manager of Technology Services March 2002 - Present

Responsible for the day to day Technical Operations for a 3 Hospital 20 site care system. P & L and budget development for a 15 million dollar Technology Operating and 4 Million dollar Capitol budgets. Manage 24 FTEs across all disciplines within Information Technology to include 150 ISS Servers, 2400 workstations, 800 LAN printers. In charge of all hardware procurements and disposition of old devices. Assist Site Executive in managing a Service Level Agreement, and a 7 Million dollar Siemens invoice to the customer. Responsible for implementing Siemens Best Practices across the site, and developing the customers IT policy manuals. Resource responsibility for developing my employees to position them to provide the excellent customer support. Additionally, provide staff training for future technology growth through the Performance Management Process.


Regional Lead for GM Online Program Deployment April 2001 - March 2002

Responsible for the completion of the GM Online project within the Northern Ohio Region. This region consisted of nine General Motors manufacturing plants. Defined a regional deployment project plan that was leveraged at the sites. Responsible for leveraging and scheduling resources throughout the region based on the deployment schedule. Assisted the site implementation leaders in the creation and maintenance of a site-specific project plan. Served as the focal point for all project and program information at a regional level. Responsible for all capital appropriations reviews and approvals. All deployments/migrations to the GM Online product were completed on time and received customer acceptance.

Project Manager (GM-Online Natural Refresh Project) February 2001 - April 2001
Responsible for refreshing all lease ending GM-Online assets for all 14 GM Metal Centers across Michigan and Ohio. Initial tasks were to compile all the GM-Online user information and develop a high level Scope of Work spreadsheet illustrating by site the GM-Online assets falling off lease and the associated user info necessary to plan the Project. As Business unit Lead, I was responsible for facilitating all planning and data collection meeting with EDS and the GM Infrastructure Manager. Additionally, I was responsible for the creating the Division level Project Plan, and Milestone tracking processes that was presented to the customer for approval.

Project Planning Specialist (Lotus Notes Restructuring) February 2000 - February 2001

Responsible for migrating over 2500 GM Lotus Notes users across 5 Northern Ohio sites to include Indianapolis, and Marion Metal centers to a centrally located server farm in Michigan.
Responsible for all aspect of the project to include: planning, kickoff, execution and close down. Supervised 7 Site Implementation leaders in applying PM2 methodology for the Project. Provided daily Project Status Reporting to all Project Stake holders. Traveled to each site to perform the actual migrations per site in 2 days. Responsible for obtaining customer approval and signoff for Project completion.
