Validated fifteen processes, communicating, on average, to five different systems. Twelve, out of the fifteen processes, required business reengineering.   • Spearhead the delivery of project and vendor management for the smooth transition from the final OCA files being generated from the old CTV system to the new CCS system ensuring the integrity of the new data files forwarded and coordinated with the OCA's to resolve identified issues with the new files.
