PRIMARY PROJECT MANAGEMENT, FINANCIAL and REPORTING RESPONSIBILITY for the overall site development, construction and retrofitting / upgrading process of more than one hundred wireless telecommunications facilities (cellular communication towers / rooftops / co-location) in multiple markets and jurisdictions nationally. Directly accountable for managing vendors, contractors and interdepartmental team members from site acquisition through due diligence, entitlement, permitting and construction of as many as twenty projects simultaneously in various stages of the process through to completion. TEAM LEAD and SENIOR UNDERWRITER / ANALYST for the overall securitization of commercial mortgages for acquisition in the commercial mortgage backed securities (CMBS) market.
