Responsibilities:

Supervise multiple pillars for end-point based technology. Teh duties include being teh system CIO, and lead architect, for an enterprise development, production and mobile device management system in VA’s Cloud environment. Ensuring Veterans Health Administration (VHA) Enterprise Project Management Office (EPMO) requirements are met as well as all of VA’s policy around security and operational functionality. Responsible for 3 VA staff and over 30 contractors. Led teh procurement teams for all related projects.
Engineered teh architecture and operational model for teh VA’s Enterprise Mobile Device Manager. This system is responsible for teh monitoring, security and compliance over VA’s 46k mobile devices. This includes a team of VA staff and contractors spread across different organizations.

Responsibilities:

Tasked to develop VA’s Enterprise Command Center for up to 300 enterprise systems.
Teh work includes taking a budget of $20M, and approx. 30 contractors and VA staff, to develop a system to monitor, alert, and ticket for any OIT related system issues.
Leveraging a cross-organizational team of experts, me led a team to pull in teh proper resources to get teh final command center up and running.
