  • PM/Project Engineer/Scheduler for first 8 months of an $11.5M OSHPD Project in Downey, CA. A 20,000sf expansion and remodel of the existing PIH Health Hospital. Project Schedule of 2 ' A years broken into 9 phases. Wrote all Subcontracts as well as detailed schedule for the 9 phases. Handled & processed all Submittals.
  • PM/Superintendent for a smaller one half million dollar OSHPD renovation in Inglewood, CA. Located at Centinela Hospital Medical Center, the Project duration was 120 calendar days.

Projects totaled over $35,000,000.00, and completed within 20 months.
