Responsibilities:
- As a Project Manager I lead the team by reviewing, owning, and developing processes for internal operations surrounding the implementation methods that are currently in place. My goal with the internal processes are to help Project Managers advance through their projects with simplified, logical tools that will help with reporting to the client and management. On average I run about 4 projects simultaneously ranging in scope from 50 - 500 hours.
- Independently scopes, estimates, and develops SOWs for new projects
- Runs projects from start to finish, including sales support and scoping -Tracks project progress and costs against original project plan -Holds kickoff meetings, status meetings, and pilot launches -Creates and maintains project documentation (agendas, status reports, etc)
- Communicates project objectives, status and risks to key stakeholders -Proactively identifies and manages risks to the established project timeline and budget including identifying and scoping change requests -Develops and owns project deliverables, including business and creative strategy documents
- Coaches support team to improve team performance and client satisfaction
- Second line of support for client trouble-shooting and questions.
- As the Application Consultant Team Lead I oversee a team of consultants ensuring that established processes are followed and new processes are developed to bridge gaps in the implementation process. On average I am a consultant on 5 projects simultaneously.
- Subject matter expert for Microsoft Dynamics CRM guiding clients to solutions that will improve their daily CRM tasks and support their overall business needs.
- Facilitates and guides requirements gathering discussions by actively listening to client s strategic and long range business needs, current pain points and plans for organizational growth and development. -Interprets and translates client specifications into CRM application and business requirements.
