Responsibilities:
- Senior Program Manager for initial phase of PepsiCo’s cybersecurity upgrade initiative. The $47M multi-year cap ex effort covers upgrading cyber security capabilities for 267 manufacturing facilities across the globe.
- Effort included setting up a program governess structure, EPMO and ensuring program completes site upgrade design architecture, upgrade planning, delivery execution to schedule and transition into sustaining support. Handling of program risks/issue management and executive level reporting.
- Directly managed seven Project Managers and three Delivery leads. Includes management of system integrators deploying solution at site facilities - British Telecom, Confidential and Rockwell Automation for the initiation phase (first 40 Mfg sites).

- NTTD’s Enterprise Application Services (EAS) organization provided Program Management services for a large portfolio of projects (37) to support a buildout of a new SAP ERP platform and implementation of Financial, eCommerce and Financial Planning application suites for Lumileds Corp. The $35M effort covered the Lumileds automotive lighting division as well as its core LED manufacturing division. The conversion and roll out involved key business organization locations in NA, EMEA and APAC.
- The Program Management effort included management of 67 Confidential Data’s resources comprised of technical leads, PM and deployment technical resources (including offshore). In addition, provided program direction to 50 Lumileds internal business process owners, SME’s and team leads (for web applications, finance, SAP eCommerce, ERP and CRM) and vendors Altos, McCoy and SAP.
- Efforted included collapsing four disparate data warehouses into a single warehouse and remapping business reporting capability. Migrated over 60 applications into Cloud environment and set up support/sustaining services.
- Set up a program governess model and EPMO to manage large portfolio of projects. Include development of KPI and executive level (CXO level) reporting and status communications.

- Provided Program Management services for their National Accounts organization. This includes overseeing a Portfolio of projects enabling a new go to market mobile application suite and support model for their retails store big box customers ($1.2B in new business).
