- As part of the Global Risk Transformation Program, I led the global project to improve alignment to the three lines of defense model by shifting significant operational functions from risk operations to the respective business entities. Key challenges were in securing global and consistent agreement on the separation of duties in Collections, Underwriting and other key functions and ensuring effective communications at all levels of the global organization to enable a one-time shift of teams, responsibilities and aligned support functions (ex. operational budgets, hiring, etc.).
