  • Salesforce Call Center and Self-Service: The main objective was to drive cost saving by retiring multiple legacy sales and servicing tools. The scope was - Salesforce/Avoka integration (MVP), Event Cloud integration to show accounts opened in other systems are reflected in Salesforce, building additional Alerts for CD maturity or cancelling direct deposit, Data restructuring for display in Salesforce, real time Card balances (POC), Outlook POC - confirming Salesforce support to Information Security, Offer fulfillment and Client Profile & Goals (UI only).
  • IPB US - CPC I Rebranding Phase 2: The project enabled making of payments (Wires, CGT and LAT) both, national and international, from Digital platforms for International Private Banking (IPB) clients. It enhanced weekly and daily pay limits and updated charges and fee structures. It provided ability to view Bank statements and Reg-U loan statement on Citi Business on Line (CBOL) and on Citi Mobile in an effort to retire CWS platform.   • IPB US - CPC I Rebranding: Project rebranded existing Citigold Private Client (CPC) segment, supported by International Private Banking (IPB), to Citigold Private Client International as part of US Retail efforts to launch their own CPC brand in the US in 2020. The project also rebranded client website and provided ability to the customers to get registered with Citi Business on Line (CBOL).
  • CPB Automated New Business Account Opening: Project delivered a Data-model driven onboarding process of automating Business Accounts opening of 16 account types for Citi Private Banking Business customers after they have been fully verified by KYC process. The solution provided was for the US market but was scalable to other markets. The solution leveraged AVOKA APIs for account opening process and also provided ability to order checks and Debit/ATM PIN to the primary or alternative address. The solution eliminated filling of account opening forms and multiple data entry points that was inefficient and error prong. The new process provided ability to fund the new accounts same day.
  • CPB Account transaction statement capacity: The project provided solution to enhance statement capacity from 250K to 1MM transactions for the current Deposit Administrator Account (DDA) holder of Citi Private Bank
  • CPB Automated New Retail Account Opening: Project provided automated onboarding solution (account opening process) by replacing batch and manual process for US Citi Private Bank consumers by feeding data into AVOKA and Salesforce. The solution provided was scalable to expand to other Banking products and regions. The process that was replaced was a batch and manual process.
  • Cards POS AVOKA Integration: The project provided integration of new Digital platform with AVOKA for Credit Cards Point of Sale (POS) solutions at Branch level. The solution utilized data transmission methods defined under Citi Information Security Policy and Standards. In place of existing HTTP GET method AVOKA application was made to interface with Citi’s Credit Card Business for providing demographic, tenure and relationship information for opening credit card account best suited for the customer. There was a key security concern with the existing HTTP GET method that sensitive information was visible as part of the URL and could get cached in browser history, proxies, book mark etc. This project was part of Corrective Action Plan
  • Aurora 2.0: Project was directed toward augmenting revenue of Citi Banking. In the project audit of checking accounts were carried to ensure that they are linked to valid business accounts for fee waiver and if they were not, linking them to proper fee structure thereby increasing revenues. Audit of Safe Deposit Box was also done to properly assess fee thereby enhancing revenues. Also, provide corrective action plans to ensure customers are given proper pricing and customer fee structures are remediated
  • Saving Plus Money Market Account Stop Sell: This was a complex hybrid project employing Waterfall and Agile methodologies for project delivery. This was a Business Strategy project wherein sunset of Savings Plus Accounts was done. The product of Saving Plus was no longer available for new account opening. However, the support and servicing of existing Saving Plus accounts would continue.
  • NTB AVOKA Sanctions Screening: All new to Bank client relationships are screened against OFAC SDN list prior to account opening or prior to the customer transacting within the AVOKA account opening system.
  • Small Business Conversion to Consumer GTC Platform - Analysis and Design: In order to transition to new Consumer Rainbow Global Technology Council (GTC) platform from the earlier Business and Commercial platform, which was put into service in 1995, data cleanup was required.
