  • Coaching teams - Engaged Scrum teams through personal, directed guidance and upon request, and performed maturity evaluations of their performance. Participated in regular team ceremonies (e.g., standups, planning, retrospectives) and temporarily served as acting Scrum Master for a team. Provided training sessions for the launch of new teams and in support of existing teams being converted to a truer Scrum model.
