Responsibilities:

Each project followed the same Waterfall methodology, I was the project SEM for Demand to Supply planning (SAP PP) for the different businesses.
Perform project activities from blueprint (requirements gathering), Realization (document to build design), Final Prep (configuration, training, and Data loading), Go-live support at multiple locations, and Post Go-Live support, hand-off to Global Support.
I worked remotely on each project with frequent visits to Scott’s Corporate offices (every 6 -8 weeks) in Marysville, Ohio. Travel was required for Blueprint, each testing iteration, and Go-Live support.
To ensure each project was successful it required many Google Hang-outs with business partners and business owners as well as with Project Managers. After go-live support would last from 4 to 6 weeks.
Provide Blueprint docs, Process flows, Technical and Functional Specs., Continuous Change Mgmt reviews with business owners, training material, cheat sheets.
Each project had its own challenges; MTO (make to order), interfacing with PLC logic for plant scheduling, international can have its own challenges, and interfacing with and an external demand and supply planning tools
