Responsibilities:

  • Managing an $8M capital project for the replacement of the legacy Avaya Telecom phone system with a Cisco UCCX and Cisco VoIP Call Manager based solution at Bethesda North, Arrow Springs, and Good Samaritan hospitals as well as all Confidential medical facilities in the Greater Cincinnati area.
  • Successfully completed the $3M project to modernize all network data closets (100+) and upgraded to a voice grade Wi-Fi dual-band (2.4GHz and 5GHz) network throughout the three Confidential Hospitals in Cincinnati.
