Responsibilities:
- Currently lead all Agile development processes for the two teams of DevOps engineers and testers responsible to lead the United States Air Force’s (USAF) Common Computer Environment (CCE) Enterprise Resource Program (ERP). Together, we are paving the architectural runway for the USAF’s software development initiatives.
- Requirements are discussed with mission partner’s systems integrators and service area leads.
- I use these requirements to aid in the Program Increment planning, while ensuring alignment with agreed Integrated Master Schedules for Earned Value Management tracking. Progress is tracked and displayed using lifecycle management applications like ALM or Jira, while artifacts are gathered in BitBucket and Confluence.

Responsibilities:
- As a Database Administrator, created, modified, and maintained database objects in support of multiple, critical, Confidential applications. Provided level-2 support for DB2 platforms, enforcing standards on changes, implementations, and post-implementation procedures.
- Assisted in providing 24/7 support using the follow-the-sun model and working closely with offshore teams. Volunteered to serve as team Scrum Master; this became my primary role.
