• Senior Program Manager for the Spend Analytics Program, a global multi-year $40M initiative focusing on the establishment of a corporate Enterprise Data Warehouse (Infrastructure, Data, and Processes) combining data from 32 different ERP Systems. The program also included implementation of Master Data Management, implementation of Ariba Spend Visibility to enrich and organize indirect spend data, implementation of Ariba Contracts Management Systems for Direct Spend Contracts, and development and implementation of KPIs projected to save the corporation $65M over a 5-year period.
