  • Project Manager for three automation projects: a vendor interface for Illustrations, Credit Card Automation, and a Data Sync project to automate input from Benefit Admins.
  • Accountable for all coordination, project schedule and managing to the budget.
  • Trustmark decided to transfer these projects to an internal resource for cost savings.

Portfolio Delivery Lead

  • As Portfolio Deliver Lead (PDL), accountable for delivery of the Membership Transformation program and its associated resource management, risk and dependency management, and overall program communication.
  • Coordinate with project teams, stakeholders, and other leadership roles to ensure the program and projects are adequately staffed, function effectively and deliver value.
  • Act as an escalation point for decisions, issues and risks.
  • The Membership Transformation program was initially a multi-year effort to modernize a 20-year-old application and decouple applications that do not belong in Membership by making data available in the Data Lake; then building a roadmap for the future state of Membership.
  • However, new leadership at Confidential deprioritized this effort and their pipeline could not sustain this PDL position.

  • Led the planning and program setup of the FedRAMP program for Relativity to take their R1 commercial product to the government marketplace on AWS cloud services.
  • The FedRAMP Program is a $60M cross-functional program containing 12 initiatives and 57 projects. The executives asked Confidential to size and plan the effort for them to execute.
  • As Program Manger I worked with all project owners and stakeholders to refine cost estimates, resource needs, schedules, dependencies, issues and risks, etc.
  • I developed a comprehensive plan and budget for presentation to the Sr Executive team and Board.
  • Worked with a team of Confidential consultants at Confidential (BC/BS) to perform a program assessment, with recommendations for program remediation, of a very large Program that had heavy cost overruns and schedule delays.
  • Evaluations included analysis of financials, program plans, risk and issue logs, change controls, and interviews with all levels of the program.
  • Many of the recommendations were implemented.
