Managed and directed all technology infrastructure for Confidential. Included setting strategic direction and day-to-day operations, creation of master-plans and budgets, contracts and negotiations, staffing, training, and evaluations. Also participated in help desk functions and problem solving. Primary system IBM AS400 and iSeries. Also network with Microsoft Active Directory, and Unix servers.

Accomplishments: Implemented a broad suite of programs on the AS400. I have also implemented a broad range of advanced technologies, such as GIS, wired and wireless networking, voice-response, digital imaging, and electronic data interchange (EDI), and integrated email into applications, to increase efficiency and accuracy, save money, and increase customer service and satisfaction.
