Possess 8+ years of experience in Confidential Infrastructure Services. As part of my previous assignments, I managed a team supporting Batch environment for a Confidential . Later, I played the transition manager + delivery manager role at offshore for a NOC engagement during start of 2014 & completed the transition successfully with a CSAT of 5/5. Currently, I’m doing the technical & delivery manager role.

Project Manager


  • To manage day to day operations of the engagement (meeting batch cycle & Service Now SLA)
  • To ensure Service Now queues are monitored & all tickets are owned by the team
  • All auto - generated tickets for job failures to be transferred to the right group (based on the information provided)

  • Monitoring all alerts generated by Midrange servers, network devices, databases, and business critical applications using the monitoring tools

  • Represent monitoring team during meetings to better understand the potential monitoring requirements
  • Managing the effective execution of Incident Management to restore service as quickly as possible with minimal business impact to Customer
  • Taking end to end ownership of all incident tickets, by facilitating bridge calls and coordinating all other internal and external third parties to resolve Incidents and service requests
  • Providing resolution of in-scope incidents and coordinating with respective teams for the final resolution of Incidents
