I’m a Senior Technology Consultant. I have 30 years of industry experience and 20 years of management and senior leadership experience. Prior to becoming a Senior Consultant, I was a CDMA Wireless Program Director for Nortel Networks with experience managing a $96M P&L for a statewide greenfield wireless network deployment for Sprint. - Deployed and Tested Enterprise Cyber Security and Identity Security - Active Directory Domain Controller Tools: Defendpoint Avecto and a POC/POT project for Microsoft Advanced Threat Analytics (MS Office 365 Security Tool). Worked closely with TechCaliber Consulting; a 3rd party vendor contracted to help build and manage the RFP process. - Strategic Consulting and Program Management for IT infrastructure and VoIP Contact Center deployments for Maximus State and Federal government clients across the US.
- Managed a large Cisco IT network and Cisco VoIP Call Center (267 agents & 183 IP Phones) enterprise deployment for the State of Michigan, Medicare division. This solution included all new CAT6 cable plant, LAN/WAN, network and firewall, Cisco UCCE (Cisco Unified Contact Center Enterprise) and CUCM (Cisco Unified Communications Manager/CallManager), IVR, ECR to IP IVR migration, a domain migration from the legacy domain to a new enterprise domain controller, print server migration to a virtual server, a 10-year call storage server migration from a legacy Avaya server to an enterprise virtual server, Telstrat Engage - Voice and Screen Recording, Active Directory migration and deployed Cisco Jabber (instant messaging (IM), voice, video, voice messaging, desktop sharing, and conferencing).

- Managed a large network refresh (87 new Cisco switches, routers and servers) for the Albany NY office and a new 4K seat Avaya VoIP Contact Center deployment for the Rochester office. The new solution also included adding 4 additional Avaya PBX nodes and IVR into the Albany campus and a new node and IVR for the Rochester office.
