Responsibilities:
- Administrator for GCP Release Calendar used to track all Corporate BSD projects under Brian Donovan. - After taking over responsibility for GCCP, organized and led weekly meetings to address 20+ outstanding issues with teh Corp Apply application which were lingering from teh CIA conversion last year. Business partners and clients were becoming increasing frustrated with progress. I brought in representatives from teh SQP team, GIS Operations in teh U.S. and Canada, and SDM groups in both GCCP and GNA to put together an action plan and ETA for each of teh issues. After approximately two months teh number of outstanding issues has been reduced to less than five and those are waiting for SQP funding.
- Collaborating directly with Enterprise Production Assurance Team members in Rick Reinig former organization to roll out Production Assurance across all SDM and associated SQP organizations. Managing teh effort to rollout a Production Assurance process for all Corporate Card products in Brian Donovan’s portfolio.
- Acting as a mentor to SDM Travel group and Triumph support group in their effort to rollout Production Assurance practices and procedures across Rick Farber’s and Ram Mishra’s portfolios.

Lead Programmer Analyst
Responsibilities:
- Lead Programmer Analyst on a multi - million dollar project to reengineer teh Customer Information System (CIS). At teh core of this effort is teh replacement of a VSAM file structure with a DB2 relational database coupled with teh installation of a Web front end to communicate with teh new database.
- Lead Programmer Analyst on Audit and Logging project which required evaluation and purchase of a third party DB2 Log Analysis tool. Teh tool is used as a first step to generate client reports documenting and archiving changes made to customer data. I participated in RFP process, functional design of teh new system, trial evaluations of three different products, and teh final selection process.
- Selected to design, code and test teh Cancel / Rebill process, one of teh most complex online applications in teh new system. This application uses a CICS Web screen which interfaces with mainframe application programs using CICS, SQL and COBOL 370. This application required constant interaction with clients, data analysts, subject matter experts, and other developers to deliver a quality product within teh prescribed timeframe.
