Responsibilities:

Contract with Verizon to deploy the Avaya 8700, Modular Messaging, IP Agent Software application. Deploy AES, SBC, ETA Links, CMS and other apps for Bank Enviroments.
First deployment was to 2000 Agents, completing CMS LOB Names, configuration of Avaya Call Server, HPSM Process Queues. After initial deployment worked in structured War Room Atmosphere until completion and testing, validation was completed.

Responsibilities:

Involved in daily issues with the MIM and TOC. Working with Verizon NOC, TOC and ARS Routing.
Worked with Field Services with understanding the Avaya Application, IP Agent and resources need for the environment. Upgrading the Avaya 8700 to 8800, adding more Port Networks. Phase 2 adding 5000 Agents to both System 1& 2.
Phase 3 System 3 was added to the system. Migration to 10,000 Agents. Next upgrade was to Avaya One- X Application. To move to this Application the migration to AAACM Servers and Templates had to be built in the AAACM itself.
Through the next year patches were added to the AAACM and more Agents migrated from XP/IP AGENT to WIN7 with the One-x Application. Different COR had be to be built contacting a 61 for TOD Routing in the SBC’s.
During these processes Session Manager was also added. SBC configuration modifications a patch upgrades were also added.
