• For the last the last 4 years, I've been directing the Software Design and Architecture at Owen Software. As the first employee of Owen Software, along with its CEO conceptualized a SaaS solution that provides Academic and Career Planning tools to students and professionals. The system consisted on an internal browser based application used to enter information about transportation related incidents that are then made available to the public through an external web based reporting application where users provided there inquiries about cases through a multi-criteria search. • Microsoft Federal engaged Information Strategies to help design their Advanced Team Portal. The Portal solution provides a collaborative environment based on Microsoft platform and products for the projects' team members to share content, communicate with each other and make available past experiences and case studies to other projects' team members.

• Responsibilities involved working with the agency's wide stakeholders to survey and identify the requirements and objectives pertaining to the Enterprise Information Management System with focus on Documents and Records Management. • As a senior software engineer and a project Technical Lead, I was in charge of leading a team of software professionals to develop a large-scale OLTP/OLAP system.
