Data maintenance is supported with automated processes through customized forms with training and reference documentation. Reports provide verification of assets onboard and projections of assets required for future expansion and business projects. The Database was EXPANDED for all Managers in Tech with automated sts import from PeopleSoft, IQNavigator and Vendor submissions.

  • The Finance department objective was to evaluate and redesign an undocumented database cluster used to provide high-level reports to decision makers, with data based on corporate sales details and sales forecast goals. Documentation of the existing functionality was required, and a user-friendly GUI and connections to external source data with links into Hyperion to retrieve comparative figures for Tie Out to production details. Support for worldwide submission of production details, in the form of spreadsheet files, was required to gather data from Asia, Europe, and the Americas. Additional reports and enhancements were planned.
