Additionally the client endeavored to re-factor several ISV developed web based applications designed to work with Dynamics CRM 4.0 in order to work with Dynamics CRM 2011. The client also had the goal of creating a custom application to migrate the SharePoint 2007 document repository with a custom hierarchy to a SharePoint 2010 Document repository supporting the hierarchy designed to work with the new document management features available in Dynamics CRM 2011. Lastly the client needed to rewrite integrations between Dynamics CRM 4.0 to other line of business applications facilitated by Scribe Insight such that they will work against the newly deployed Dynamics CRM 2011. During a plan analyze and design phase I provided technical guidance on the upgrade process and recommendations on refactoring the existing ISV solutions. The solution included integration with Docufree Corporation a provider of Web-based document and business process management solutions. The developed solution utilized Docufree s web services based Application Programming Interface and included document persistence print and mail stream management document imaging and data capture for various processes. I served as Sr. Architect / Developer on the project. Further custom SSRS reports were developed to provide information to department leadership as part of a larger decision support system. I also created a working prototype using ASP.NET C and SQL Server 2005 that was subsequently used as a baseline for the full development effort.

The company was constrained by a fragile and non- scalable MS Access workgroup database application that served as the central repository of customer and event registration data. I joined the company as a database architect developer and system administrator. My early successes included the conversion of the Microsoft Access database into a SQL Server based solution. I also replaced the MS Access front end with a web base user interface and securely exposed the application to the internet creating self-service functionality to include fully e-commerce enabled real time credit card processing VeriSign s Payflow Pro for event registration of technical user group conferences.
