Project Manager / Scrum Master Contractor with Trecom Systems Group
- Manage a team of developers and testers with in Software Development Life Cycle SDLC in an Agile project methodology using Microsoft Dynamics 2012 CRM, Microsoft Team Foundation Server TFS and Microsoft Test Manager. Utilize Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, Visio and Project. This project was to develop a replacement / upgraded Corporation and Charitable Organization Bureau registry system in Microsoft .NET to a Microsoft Dynamics CRM / XRM based system both local and web based e-commerce.
- I lead scrum meetings with the developers and testers from internal systems team web development team and internal operations support teams.
- Prepare change request as requested by developers, product owners or stakeholders resulting from user feedback at User Acceptance Testing.
- Update and maintain project plans, risk assessments, work break down structures and other documentation stored in project folder of SharePoint.
- I prepared in both Excel and Visio an explanation of each user story and the user story prerequisite. I further organize these into a hierarchical order and prioritization from the product owners. In Excel each were given a priority, in Visio a graphical layout of the priority and in TFS I assigned team members based on effort level completion deadline to meet.
- I helped with creation of user stories. I sat in the system design meetings with the subject matter experts, product owners, business analyst and users to aid with system designs. I attached the flow charts and data flow diagrams to the user stories and reviewed the business analyst analysts according to the stakeholder point of view to technical specifications.
- I was responsible for the recruiting, selecting, orienting, training, assigning, scheduling, coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees communicating job expectations planning, monitoring, appraising, and reviewing job contributions planning and reviewing compensation actions enforcing policies and procedures.
- I would meet weekly with the business development team at Trecom Systems Group to review the financial objectives, prepare and maintain the annual budget scheduling expenditures analyze variances initiating corrective actions.
- I would meet weekly with the CIO, Director of BCCO, other Project Managers and IT Managers to review the risks, roadblocks and success status. - I worked closely with the Governor's Office or Administration to move each development phase from the development environment at BBCO to the live on-line environment at the GOA site.

Project Manager / Scrum Master Hands-on
- Project to move an insurance company from a managed solution provider consisting of offsite technical team members to an onsite IT Department structure. I manage the network operations of Microsoft Windows, UNIX, AppRiver Exchange and Avaya IP Office phone system. Disaster Recovery projects. I reorganized the corporate structure, hired and trained a team of IT professionals to take over the day to day onsite operations of the company.
- Managed web developers and e-commerce projects.
- Infrastructure upgrades for Windows 7, virtual network servers and SAN. I managed personnel to perform upgrades, compatibility testing and corrections.
- Setup offsite replication host with cloud storage. I setup and coordinated with other vendors hosting, replication and DR plans.
- Switch from managed services and secure firewalls to internal IT. I hired and create an IT department to run the insurance company.
- Create a Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity Plan. I created a plan to recover from any disaster involving onsite, web operations, physical building and personnel.
- Implement of Symantec Ghost installation. I Research and planned the IT team efforts to deploy imaging software from a central server to desktops for compatibility and support.
- WSUS server project, I researched and lead or assigned implementation of a Microsoft Windows Service Update Service Server to automatically update desktop systems with only the approved updates. Regulatory insurance and compatibility issues required limiting the distribution of updates.

- Manage the network operations gaming systems Agile projects in a class 2 Gaming establishment and a resort hotel. Implemented a system wide upgrade of Bally1 gaming reporting system, a hotel / resort upgrade of televisions from dish to IP telephony. Implemented solutions using UNIX, VMware, Windows 2008, AS/400, Cisco, Security and Gaming Controllers. Use MS Word, Excel, Outlook, Project and Visio.

- Data Center construction. I worked as Lead Project Manager, IT Manager and lead Engineer on the rack layout, fire suppression system, door entry system, KVM connections per rack, raise floors, cable and color management, IP television, telephones, circuits, fiber runs to ATM's, slot banks, RF closets, virtual and physical server configurations, remote VPN administration and security officer . This involved more than 40 contract companies and our own IT teams.
