Designed, developed and supervised update of legacy client input system to eliminate programming incidents. Went from up to 100 incidents per year to 2 - 3 incidents per year. This allowed the staffing for the system to be reduced by over 50% and virtually eliminated external client schedule impact.
Designed and supervised implementation of data partitioning for a batch process that led to an 80% time reduction in processing. This brought processing down from several days to hours. It saved on computer resources, operational resources, making the process more stable.
