• Enabled Personalized Check Book facility to generate an automatic when the number of leaves left with the customer falls below a default value maintained in a config file, when a check is being cleared. A customer can also ask for a chequebook where he can specify the background colour, the name style on the cheque leaves. At the end of day a file will be sent to the printing centre with all the details of the requests on that day and details of the account holder.
• Created a process used to generate a bank statement for a customer for the period requested and send it by e-mail. The process can be run for a customer or a range of customers for a given period. The statement was tailor-made to the requirements of the bank. It helped in reducing the printing, paper and postage costs of the bank and was also used for getting statements online through internet banking
• Enabled a single menu option using which new customers can be added and corresponding accounts be opened in batch mode. The input will be a flat file in a predefined format with all the mandatory and necessary details. The system will read the flat file and using this data, the customer opening and account-opening options will be called as a workflow and new accounts will be opened
