He has over twenty-three 23 years of combined construction and consulting experience.

He assists owners and owner's representatives with developing a schedule plan, development of schedule specifications for inclusion in bid packages, review and management of construction schedules submitted by design and construction contractors, and analysis of schedules for inclusion of change orders and potential delay claims.
