• Sr. Business Analyst Confidential Served as Requirements Manager overseeing a team of 12 business analysts defining and documenting Use Cases in support of deploying an out of the box application. Prior to my assignment with CASOMS, the requirements team struggled for several years because of lack of experience, training, and guidance. I was brought on to guide and mentor the team to producing quality documentation that will drive development, testing and finally deployment of a quality application. Within 3-months achieved a high level of customer appreciation for the quality improvements in both the business analysts as well as the resulting documentation.
• Sr. Business Analyst for Confidential account improvement process. Worked with 100 mil accounts to implement the LDSM process identifying labor improvements which enhance the bottom line financial performance of Red accounts. In working with 6 major accounts, identified over 18 mil in direct cost savings.
• Test Team Lead for interface testing of the Confidential . Responsible for directing a test team in the creation and execution of test cases in multiple environments for more than 350 interface transactions and more than 50 third party systems. Develop test plans oversee software installation, and mage the testing effort to produce a statement of software quality for project leadership. Built the testing team from one member to ten qualified and trained testers in less than 8 months.

• Court Case Management System Joint Application Development JAD program. Liaison between the development staff and client to determine functional requirements for a bottom up development effort. Designed a procedure to schedule and conduct over 200 days of facilitated JAD sessions focusing on both business requirements and conceptual design requirements for over 300 business processes. Developed and managed a program of three concurrent JAD sessions to reduce the overall timeline of gathering functional requirements from over 125 state and county level users as well as child support and county clerk program managers. Managed the flow of documentation review and approval for post JAD requirements and design reviews for this 89 million project. Resulted in over 2,000 participant days of focused discussions forming the initial baseline of functional requirements.
• Independent Consultant for Saber - Directed a statewide training program Confidential Statewide Voter Registration System mandated under the Federal Help America Vote Act. Developed a training plan to secure computer capable training facilities at 38 locations across the state. Coordinated over 100 training sessions for over 1,200 State, County, and Municipal users of the SVRS. Managed the creation of training materials, execution of the training sessions, and evaluated participant reactions to the training.
• Independent Consultant for Saber on the implementation of the Confidential . Worked with 5 of 19 counties on go-live activities troubleshooting process and software issues. Identified data related problems and recommended the appropriate fix. Conducted additional one-on-one refresher training as needed to ensure all users were skilled in using the new software. Resulted in over 150 users successfully implemented on the new system.
• Directed BellSouth project activities for a network split of a Broadband Provisioning System. Developed project plans and schedules to ensure minimal disruption of service. Documented technical requirements needed to successfully split the network. Managed procurement and installation of 16 Sun servers. Planned and directed the activities of splitting an existing provisioning database among three separate architectures to accommodate growth through the next 5-years.

• continuing rollout of software modifications and enhancements for the Network Management Provisioning System DSL/NMS including management of the testing process from test plan development through integration and system testing. Responsible for reviewing and monitoring test activity progress of over 60 developers/testers to ensure quality and timeliness expectations are met. Typical modification or enhancement would consist of over 1,500 individual requirements being managed in Test Director. Took corrective action when deficiencies were noted in test results. Documented overall test results and progress in periodic status reports. Resulted in over 95 on time production deployment.
• Project managed a 50 million BellSouth telecommunications software replacement project for the Line Maintenance Operating System Confidential Project involved over 6000 task entries in the project schedule to convert a nine-state region of more than 40 million records to an upgraded system. Reviewed test strategy/plans, scenarios and scripts to ensure that all requirements were being tested. Developed post testing statistics used to monitor progress and error/failure rates, and determine any corrective action that was needed.
• Designed and implemented project office processes for a 10-year, 5.5 billion Confidential program. Analyzed the need for the geographically dispersed project team to have common repeatable processes to communicate, distribute, and track project documentation and collaboration. Designed and implemented a comprehensive communication plan and automated tracking tools for the project team to effectively manage the life cycle of over 200 individual construction projects. Used Microsoft Project to define workflow and task assignments resulting in clearer project communications. Resulted in improved communication and virtually error free tracking of over 300 documents during the first six months of the project.
