• As a Project Manager, I’ve been putting together the design and development roadmap for creating the PIF application.
• My team was based in Confidential . I managed the project to a tight budget and using various freelancer boards to fulfill short development pieces.

• As Programme Test Manager, my main responsibilities were to deliver the B&Q template into the France store (Castorama stores) estate. Working with the SI Test Manager, I massively improved the data structure, test scripts, defects and due Basis upgrades.
• As a Project Manager I managed 5 internal projects and managers such as archiving, new Teams, new O365, new middleware and hardware upgrades for the new data centres.
• One of my projects was to ensure all of the CMS was put in place for 100k products along with the enrichments, installation of a new payments gateway and 48+ interfaces to be delivered.

• My role as the Test manager included managing the BI/BW team in the UK, Europe and KL. We improved the change business reports onto a new framework - Hana S/4. I was responsible for the development of our testing tool set in the team to give more resilient testing of regression scripts for over 100 upper management reports.
• As a Project Manager I met with the business users to get better reports and new reports. I ensured we had the right production BI data which we moved with Gold Client. I was also heading up the report redesign for using the excel plugin along with dashboards for C-Suite viewing.
