• I have spent the majority of my career providing transaction processing services to the public sector. My role has been to develop technology, compete for business and, when successful, implement transaction processing operations. I have participated in more than 20 large-scale proposal development efforts in response to client-issued requests for proposals RFPs . I have led and consulted technology product development projects. I have managed numerous projects to implement technology and applications for operations outsourcing engagements. I have developed and delivered countless presentations. I have recently joined the local startup community and have been involved with the West Des Moines Business Incubator.
