  • Managed the implementation of Oval Edge’s data governance tool for the ingestion and enhancement of data standards within all identified artifacts along with the future development of data governance controls for Beaumont Health.
  • Managed the Windows 10 Upgrade project for Enterprise Data Management and Business Systems. Project included the investigation, validation, scoping, and plan to migrate, retire or convert 216 computer applications to run on the current version of Microsoft.   • Managed the upgrade of the Physician P Guide application to allow physicians to select which physicians can see their patients when they are admitted into any Beaumont Hospital. Project is planned to generation over $1M of revenue.
  • Managed the development and deployment of the Beaumont VP Mobile application for iOS and Android platforms for the top 120 executives for communication purposes within the hospital system.
  • Managed the development and deployment of a web-based solution to help nurses with the calculation of insulin administration for critical care cardiac patients though out all Beaumont hospitals. The project improved the process of recording and tracking patients on insulin by 80%.
