The work required strategy, 3 - year roadmap development, validation / discovery workshops, Capability Workshops, business / functional requirements & design, RICEFW, Release roadmap, Data strategy, MDM, project governance & controls, evaluation of various technologies & risks, etc. SI team size was 170 FTEs geographically dispersed. Developed several change orders & additional contracts incl Vistex.
- S/4 HANA Retail lead for Nike. Managed first phase to identify and document scope and requirements through series of workshops. Developed strategic 3 year roadmap that included first phase deployment to Greater China. Scope included S/4 1709 Central FIN, RTR (record to report), PTP (plan to produce), STP (source to pay), OTC (order to cash), data & analytics, architecture, integration & security. Used HPQC & WPB for testing/learning. Project team of over 80 consultants.
- Run Professional Services (pre-sales & delivery) in the West Region. Solutions include delivery work with Hybris, Concur, Ariba, SLO/DMO database carve out, SuccessFactors, Fieldglass, IoT, Leonardo, Fiori, HCM, C4C, C/4 HANA, ECC 5.0, 6.0, S/4, HEC / cloud, S/4 HANA, SaaS, Callidus, Gigya, CORE Systems, Digital Boardroom, SAP Activate methodology. Implementations using on premise, HEC, GCP, and AWS.
- Sales: work in pre-sales capacity to negotiate deals and extensions. Deliver SAP point of view (POV), provide strategic thinking and built key client relationships. Manage scoping workshops.
