Developed strategic 3 year roadmap that included first phase deployment to Greater China. Scope included S/4 1709 Central FIN, RTR (record to report), PTP (plan to produce), STP (source to pay), OTC (order to cash), data & analytics, architecture, integration & security. Used HPQC & WPB for testing/learning. Project team of over 80 consultants.
