Managing the installation of both 3rd party and infrastructure IT projects, from initial scope to Steering Committee presentations through implementation and deployment.   • Job Duties: Currently manage 2 projects simultaneously with budgets in the 1.5 - 2.0 K range and act as an IT Methodology Consultant for the IT PMO group including the IT Steering Committee, aiding in the direction of moving from Waterfall to a full blown Agile Methodology IT Shop.
  • Phase one involved the build out of the SharePoint project tracking tool adding the MS PWA module which provides collaborative updating simultaneously through all phases of the SDLC process. PWA also runs in alignment with all phases of the SDLC project lifecycle. Including scheduling, timelines, top down summary of task assignments while also providing charts and graphs for upper level management. This collaboration along with the installation of Pmbok templates added to all SDLC phases in SharePoint. This will provide Bi-Lo Holdings the tools needed to move completely under an Agile Methodology. Currently all IT projects run under the Waterfall process. The new SharePoint build out is being incorporated into the new IT PMO plan utilizing Scrum methodologies and project strategies though each phase of the SDLC by incorporating the new tools mentioned above.
  • The 2 IT projects are managed with SharePoint for project tracking and weekly meeting notes. All delivery documents are tracked with PMBOK templates customized by myself and the development staff with approval through the PMO Group, utilizing Info Path / Share Point Designer for individual task assignments and accountability. This includes all major hurdle templates in the SDLC process. All Stakeholders involved in the projects are assigned individual tasks and tracked though the Clarity Project Management tool including T A. All monthly invoices were entered into PeopleSoft accounting application. All current project driven tools will be replaced at some point by the above recommendations through the PMO group.
  • 401K Eligibility Project - This project was approved by management and the steering committee in order to consolidate all 3 companies Bi-Lo, Winn Dixie and Harvey's Grocery Store chains under one approved methodology for enrollment into the 401K program. Currently all 3 companies have different requirements and different methods for determination of eligibility. Once the Technical and Functional specs were identified and the PeopleSoft SME's could provide the functional specs of the accounting app, we could then prepare a gap fit analysis document. This document was used for the basis of writing the SOW. This project has been through Q/A with stakeholder signoff's and is running in mirrored production mode currently, with turnover week projected for 11/30/14 4 plus weeks and 246K ahead of the projected budget .
  • POS Invatron Software Upgrade Eplum Module This project is a 3rd party vendor application upgrade that maintains and updates all information needed for scale weighed items of meat and seafood. This module also calculates shrink, discounts and discards. The decision is made on the above mentioned categories and calculated by a handheld barcode scanner, which reads the barcode label created from initial weight scan and then makes determinations based on date/time and aging dates.
  • POS Invatron Software Installation Periscope Module The Periscope Module was developed to forecast purchases and depletions of all meat and seafood products but has yet to be utilized in production. Currently is utilized as a data collection device until capturing 3 plus years of data as industry standards recommend in order to provide an approximant 60 forecasting accuracy, which with accurate data increases every year.

  • Job Duties: Senior Manager over the full installation of the MS CRM Dynamics AX2012 version. Sales, Customer Support, Marketing, Product Tracking and Logistics these modules will also interface with the current SAP accounting applications for complete in-house product purchase and billing accuracy. All internal project tracking was done utilizing Scrum software methodology with daily 15 20 min Scrum meetings each morning. Held weekly burn down meetings, discuss any impediments, bi-weekly sprint meetings and monthly clean up. Act as Scrum leader, identify and appoint other Scrum leaders throughout all phases of the SDLC. Utilize MS Project for external tracking with MS Dynamics 3rd party vendor.
  • The new POS corporate solution provides outside sales and customer support reps the flexibility for real time information, including the auto-depletion of products from accounting inventory as they are purchased through the application by regional store managers. This procedure alone will save from over/under ordering, lower shrink costs as vendors and store managers will have the ability to forecast product supply in a real time mode. This new real-time and complete 360 degree closure of all store orders and delivery purchases with the addition of instant store billing as products are ordered and received. All super stores act as independent cost centers for more efficient ordering, delivery, re-stock and payment consolidation.
  • After 3 years of data collection and the addition of 2014 module upgrades Regional Managers will have the ability of forecasting future order levels of upcoming seasonal products at a 60 65 percent reliability with improved reliability in future years. All features will be available on every external device utilized by all managers and internal employees through Cloud web portals.
  • Provided more streamlined logistics and multi-tier warehouse search features, while also working with Microsoft Support to provide customized logistic screens. Provided hands on training for all customized screens.

Job Duties: Identify all Stakeholders and Business Partners who currently utilize the Train Profile Database in any capacity. Interact with all five company divisions including Directors, Managers and SME's. Develop an IT Business Plan, Statement of Risk using current controls in place and a Prioritized Pain Area Assessment Chart by division.   • Job Duties: Manage the combination of Conrail RR's Property Lease Tracking application with CSX RR's Property Lease Tracking application to form a best gap fit model that will serve both companies needs while operating under the CSX name after the acquisition.
  • Phase One: Worked as B/A in phase one of the project. Develop a Risk Assessment document for both Conrail and CSX lease tracking applications to provide a white paper presentation of reports and charts for upper management on the approximant time line and resource needs to complete all phases for this project.
  • Managed the setup and delivery of a meeting to show the consolidation of both applications into a best gap fit format of both Lease Tracking Applications. This will allow the development team clear and concise parameters for coding in order to deliver a seamless an auditable application with the combined effort of all SME's from IT and Business Partners engaged as stakeholders in a test environment to be utilized in future stages.

Job Duties: Manage the installation of the MS CRM installation for the Sales, Customer Service and Product tracking for all TPC courses and the newly deployed website hosted by our third party vendor Fanatics to handle all PGA TOUR merchandise internet sales.   • Job Duties: Manage the infrastructure addition of a new POS system for both retail and F B at all 16 TPC facilities, utilizing InfoGenesis POS systems with IBM 4695 touch screen monitors running on SQL servers. A GPS system at each club facility was installed to track all golf carts with touchscreen monitors for ease of use. This project also incorporated the installation of handheld bar code inventory readers at each club with nightly cash feeds to the corporate office in Ponte Vedra Beach Florida. Using the SDLC method of product development with Water Fall and incorporating newly released Agile methodology for new development efforts.
  • After the management of our first installation and all implementation templates were accepted by the Governance Department at The TPC of Ponte Vedra we then could utilize the same methods and techniques compiled into one deliverable document with full 6 stage check off points and signoff's at each of the other 15 TPC courses by the use of 2 supervisors reporting through myself which allowed for multiple installs simultaneously. This document became the complete IT and Operations check down process document used in whole and in part at all TPC clubs through SharePoint with Pmbok templates and ported to the PGA TOUR intranet with utilization as of 2014 for upgrades and install processes at each TPC club.
  • All daily financial transactions were summarized automatically at EOD for direct deposits to the corporate office JDE accounting applications. Also all D R documents varied pending each location of the TPC facility. After developing the initial templates for D R sites all supervisors were required to utilize these for standard practices from site to site.
