- Validate Direct Inward Dialing (DID’s) numbers for 90 sites to be ported to Session Internet Protocol (SIP) using Customer Service Requests, Design and Engineering documents, Work Intake work orders and switch dumps provided by the carriers.
- Write up Work Intake work orders and attach pertinent documents to be sent to the carrier to schedule ports.
- Write up change requests in Service Now for the Engineering team to use during porting.

- Request Toll Free Numbers (TFN’s) and validate working numbers to be moved to SIP.
