Enterprise Agile Transformation Lead

Responsibilities:

Developed and deployed an integrated digital well planning solution that replaced the legacy spreadsheets and multiple siloed solution for the drilling and completions group. This provided the foundation for the wells digital platform. The solution enabled a scalable, accurate, faster and easy way to run complex engineering calculations. This reduced significantly the time engineers spend in manipulating multiple Excel spreadsheets and systems. We used Microsoft Dynamics 365 and PowerApps platform, Automated testing / deployment using CI/CD Pipeline all running on Microsoft Azure cloud platform. Microsoft Azure DevOps (ADO) for product delivery.This solution was recognized by Microsoft in one of their Keynote presentations.
Developed a solution using Machine Learning and AI to transform legacy drilling requirements in non-standard formats to a digital searchable cloud based solution running on the Azure enterprise cloud.
Worked with the product owner and Edge Computing development team to rollout solutions using Internet of Things (IoT) devices like remote sensors, drones, routers to capture and send real-time data from the remote rig sites to the decision support center for analysis, visualization and modeling using AI and ML.
Provided servant leadership and coaching to over 35 external vendor resources from Ernest & Young, Siemens, IHS Markit, Microsoft and Avanade / Accenture Development and internal Confidential Team.
