- Currently leading the implementation of SalesForce cloud CRM for this firm, including business process review, data migration, and currently leading the implementation of Shopify cloud eCommerce for this firm, including data migration, testing, and As-Is/To-Be business process review.
- Led the implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations for this aluminum extruder, coordinating a team of 30, three project managers, and four vendors.
