- Took on the responsibilities of Scrum Master for the Service Now development team in support of the organization’s Agile transformation to Agile. Coached the team in the Agile methodologies. Facilitated all ceremonies such as Daily standup, Product Owner demonstrations, Retrospectives, and Sprint planning.

- Provide expert oversight in coordinating several infrastructure projects, including migration of several critical applications to a centralized data center at a remote location. All managed projects were tracked using a CMMI matrix, reviewing schedule, and effort deviations weekly until project completion.

- Provided technical management regarding Windows XP to Windows migration working with the end-users community to capture all user's files and folders and users profiles to a network drive then upgrading users' workstation from XP to Windows 7 with minimal downtime.
- Managed several small projects where multiple physical servers were converted to virtual servers consisting of VMWare hosts and SAN based storage, allowing the servers to be vMotioned by VMWare in the event of a server outage.
